The Bellrock Technical Graduate Programme offers a brilliant opportunity for ambitious graduates to join our technical team of first-rate quantity surveyors, building surveyors and fire risk assessors.

What you’ll do
We tailor our Technical Graduate Programme to the needs of every graduate who joins us. .From day one, you’ll be fully supported and encouraged to be your best, beginning with our full company induction that will introduce you to Bellrock and the way we work.
You’ll have access to a mentor and a dedicated team behind you. And our carefully planned and structured programme means you’ll have the opportunity to rotate across different roles, and experience life in many areas of our business.
Finally, we provide both formal learning and on-the-job training to help you develop just the right commercial and business skills alongside your technical and industry knowledge.
What you'll need
We’re looking for highly driven graduates with a 1st or 2nd (2.1 or 2.2) degree, who want to work for a genuine industry leader. Above all, you’ll need great communication skills, and you’ll be hungry to continue learning, growing and developing.
