Annual Leave

New Bellrock employees and business heads get 25 days annual leave with us, and cleaning staff get 20. And if you stay with us, you’ll start to get extra days added the longer you’re here!

We have also introduced a 'Thank you Day', everyone at Bellrock will be given an extra day’s holiday. We love our colleagues to take this day in the month of their birthday and enjoy a well-deserved extra day off.

Family Leave

We are delighted to have enhanced our Family leave benefits to offer more support to our colleagues. Salaried employees will now receive Maternity leave at 12 weeks full pay followed by 27 weeks statutory maternity pay and Paternity leave at 2 weeks full pay. Both will apply to our adoption leave too.
