Since starting here 5 months ago there’s been loads of e-learning courses to progress, a first aid course, and they’ve said if I want to move up the ladder the opportunity is there. The courses they give us help us to get up the ladder.

Every day is different that’s what I like about my role. You build different skills as you progress. My direct manager and area manager have weekly meetings with me, and they praise me and help me progress and it gives me a boost.

If you’re given an opportunity to take a job with Bellrock I would take it. I haven’t looked back in the past 5 months.
