Maintenance and Engineering
From commercial offices and retails stores, our in-house team of engineers work on property and infrastructure of a variety of environments. They assess and prioritise, always with business dependence and compliance in mind, and ensure safety and operational readiness.
Mechanical and Electrical
Our Mechanical and Electrical department is made up of authorised engineers and contractors. And they work on a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems, providing some of our key services. That means planned preventive maintenance, including condition based and business focussed, reactive maintenance, to statutory inspections and building compliance. Whilst also finding themselves installing voltage and pressure systems and generators, and even chilled water installations.
Refrigeration and HVAC
The Refrigeration and HVAC department are focused on providing thermal comfort, air quality and cooling for our clients. Our dedicated engineers here maintain and install refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Gas and combustion
Our Gas and Combustion department are another team of in-house engineers who work to make sure building and combustion systems are always up to date with current regulations. They’re experts at installing commercial systems as well as commissioning, repair, and maintenance, and they’re busy doing that across the UK, 24/7.
BMS
Made up of highly trained engineers accredited to all the leading manufacturer building management systems, this department is also part of a 24/7 national support network. Aligned to our bureau services team, and staffed by experienced BEMS technical engineers, they deliver our maintenance service with a network of in-house field engineers and specialist supply chain partners.
Energy Management & Sustainability
Our energy, engineering and controls team are about finding the most efficient solutions when it comes to sustainable energy and engineering. Focused on increasing efficiency, reducing emissions and cost, they work with our customers using bespoke energy service models to ensure we’re building assets that last, with maximum whole life benefits.
Building Fabric
The fabric of a building can determine its safety and security. And its maintenance has a direct impact on workplace satisfaction, brand perception and confidence. So our fabric maintenance engineers use leading-edge technology to consult directly with our clients and relevant experts, to deliver an efficient service that blends seamlessly with operational requirements.
M&E Installations
We meet every project with our specialist knowledge and experience. So when it comes to M&E Installations, our team uses that expertise to deliver the costing, planning and management of projects for all kinds of installations with maximised lifecycles and optimised building installation.
