Chartered Management Institute Leadership Programme

We brought the programme in because we pride ourselves on the progression of staff and this was a great way to assist managers in their roles. As we decided to bring the course in-house, it allowed us to choose the modules that best fit the business needs and allow managers from different areas of the business to get together to share ideas and best practices.

The programme gives our managers the opportunity to learn a range of advanced leadership and management techniques, to better understand their role and also gain a formal qualification.

Safety Media

We’ve invested in an e-Learning system that both unifies and standardises our health and safety training across the business. It’s tailored to your job role, so you’ll get the best quality courses, relevant to you. All of the courses are approved by The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and CPD certified.



Our people asked for additional learning, so we delivered. And hosted a number of ‘one-off’ workshops within Bellrock. These workshops covered topics such as Safeguarding & Prevent, Management Training, Excel training, as well as off site Team Building. Our teams loved them, and all of their learning was put into practice - and they even completed courses in Maths, English and ICE alongside their qualifications.


Government funded Full Courses/Apprenticeships

Working with Train Together, we’re making use of the Government Levy Scheme to deliver great courses to help our people shine - as well as supporting young apprentices to gain skills and knowledge at the start of their careers with us.

That’s courses such as Customer Service, Administration, Training, Leadership, Facilities Management and Operational Department Management to name just a few of the subjects that you’ll have access to at Bellrock.

They’re all based on interactive group workshop learning, so we encourage our people to work together and support their colleagues during their studies. As well as to seek advice from experienced team members, who’ll be a mentor for them during their training - supporting them to put their learning into action in the workplace, and sharing their skills and knowledge to boost performance. So we can all be the growth.


Professional Member Qualifications

From time to time, we’ll look for a particular professional, academic or member qualification from an external awarding body to keep our success building. And, if there’s a business requirement, it could well be funded. Some recognised professional memberships include:

At Bellrock we’re happy to train people up in different trades. It helps us as a business and the engineer themselves, as a supervisor we work with them to get them up to management level.
